As an emissions manager or person responsible for data quality, you are probably familiar with the following problems:

VesselReport is not just another reporting software.

We at Herberg Systems were probably one of the first in the world to bring reporting software on board seagoing ships in order to display timetables, agents, consumption and inventories reliably and clearly in the shipping company and keep them up to date. We developed and rolled out our first Daily Report version together with some well-known shipping companies such as NSB, Döhle and Harren und Partner – that was in 2003.

Thanks to the internet connection available today (Starlink etc.), we can use new technologies to rethink communication between ship and land. That’s exactly what we’re doing now with VesselReport.

With VesselReport you get a communication tool to exchange all relevant information between ship and shore in real time. In the future, we will also include other stakeholders such as agents, ports, suppliers and charterers.

This gives you a platform that makes communication with the ship easier for everyone involved, ensures transparency and saves you a lot of time in everyday life.

Constantly check the data quality and ensure that the ship is entering the data correctly.

We’ve experienced it first hand: Every time the year comes to an end, the nervousness increases.

We look at the data from the ships that have to be delivered to the verifiers for MRV and IMO/DCS and, despite regular checks, we see errors. Sometimes the fuel is not selected correctly, sometimes the distances are wrong, sometimes the ROBs are not correct.

With VesselReport you can get these problems under control. Our goal is to achieve 100% data quality. To do this, we are developing a new tool into which we incorporate all of our experiences.

In a 30-minute video call, we will show you how you can test and use VesselReport right from the start.

Ensure that the verification works smoothly and receive a reliable certificate or statement during the year.

Every ton of CO2 emitted will cost you or your company money in the future. This means that as an emissions manager you have to take a close look at how high the consumption was in a voyage or a month.

The accuracy and plausibility of the data is crucial here, otherwise you will charge your charterer too much or too little.

With VesselReport you ensure an optimal data basis and are directly digitally integrated with the verifier of your choice. This means that your verifier can accept and check the data at the push of a button – ideally without time-consuming queries.

Figure out how to achieve the necessary savings in emissions. Get reliable data and a good basis for decision-making.

Admittedly, it is a real challenge to identify and realize savings potential, because the possibilities in ship operations are limited. One possibility is new types of fuel. But what does that actually mean for performance? Which measures have which effect?

VesselReport gives you the basis to make better decisions because you get reliable, transparent and accurate data.

Make an appointment now and we will analyze the challenge you are facing in a 30-minute video call and how you can solve it in the future with VesselReport.

Who can access VesselReport?

With VesselReport , all data is only visible to others after you have approved it. You decide who can access the ship’s data, who can see what and who can enter or correct information. Of course, this also applies to the API.

We have successfully implemented the same principle with Fleettracker for more than 20 years, creating a transparent platform that is now valued and used by many of our customers to make the daily work of everyone involved with the ship easier.

By the way, VesselReport will be the new reporting tool for fleet trackers. So if you are already a Fleettracker customer (silver or gold), you can automatically use the tool.

Charterers, ship managers, agents – they all have their own reporting system. Now it is time to consolidate.

The topic has been with us for many years: the hunger for data is getting bigger and everyone wants information from the ship. The crew on board has to send noon reports, bunkering, ROB, schedules, SOF etc. to shore every day. And the more software, the more different programs and formats there are that want to be served.

You may be asking yourself: So why are they building a new reporting system with VesselReport? More work on board?

Our goal is to provide a communication tool that is easy and hassle-free to use for all parties, requiring only a web browser and a temporary internet connection. If the ship is offline, there is an offline reporting function.

VesselReport is not a reporting system in the classic sense, but an exchange platform for everyone who is related to the ship – including agents, ports, suppliers, classes, verifiers, charterers and other software platforms.

You can easily integrate VesselReport’s data with your IT infrastructure and other products via the API. In addition, we will gradually digitally integrate VesselReport with all key parties. Our goal: Less duplicate reporting, more time savings on board and greater transparency.

Would you like to take the step and finally make reporting work on board easier? Then let’s discuss in a 30-minutes video call how you can use VesselReport now to relieve your crew step by step and at the same time build better communication.
